ABOUT ME:

  My name is Scott. I am the owner operator of Sasquatch Lighting and Grip. I started Sasquatch in 2013 because I wanted a feature film style truck with a small footprint for small to medium sized productions. I like to have a diverse lighting package around me that I can use to solve different lighting scenarios. The Sasquatch Sprinter has HMI, Tungsten, LED’s and Kino Flo units on board.  

       I have been based in Portland for 28 years.  I started out driving in the transportation department and moved into the electric side as an electrician, best boy electric and finally Gaffer.  My experience includes work on Feature Films, MOW’s, Independent features, national and regional commercials, web and industrial. I am part of IATSE Local 488, Teamsters 305 and OMPA.

        I am a gaffer and do go out with the truck as a gaffer. I will rent the truck if I am unavailable with one of my approved crew-members. As you see on the package list there is a lot of equipment. My guys know how to find it, work hard and are a pleasure to work with.
